Winter Ecology

BUE 4th grade students had a blast during their Winter Ecology Trips. They learned about winter survival skills, orienteering, snowshoeing, and beaver habitats and behaviors. Thank you to Parachute/Battlement Mesa Kiwanis and our Outdoor Education Coordinator, Mr. Ari, for organizing the event, our parent volunteers and GVHS Key Club for helping, and Lynn Shore for the amazing photographs!

Nuestros estudiantes de 4º grado de BUE se divirtieron durante sus viajes de ecología de invierno. Aprendieron sobre habilidades de supervivencia invernal, orientación, raquetas de nieve y hábitats y comportamientos de castores. Gracias a Parachute/Battlement Mesa Kiwanis y a nuestro Coordinador de Educación al Aire Libre, el Sr. Ari, por organizar el evento, a nuestros padres voluntarios y al Key Club de GVHS por su ayuda, ¡y a Lynn Shore por las increíbles fotografías!
