Please list all students and their siblings who live in your household. Families may register only once per year.

Have at least one student currently attending Garfield County School District 16
Provide a working phone number
Provide your current address
Identification may be requested when gifts are picked up.
Please make arrangements for someone to pick up your gifts if you are unable to do so during our regular business hours. We cannot hold gifts or distribute them at a later date.

Garfield 16's School Based Family Resource Center (SBFRC) would like to thank the Battlement Mesa Ladies Golf Club for hosting another successful Golf for a Cause Tournament. School District staff, community members, and golfers of all skill levels came out to compete for prizes donated by our generous community.
The SBFRC is fortunate to be chosen as the beneficiary of this tournament. Thank you to the Ladies Golf Club, participants, volunteers, and sponsors for making this a great event!

GVHS Cheerleaders were proud to host the performance of the Youth Cheer Camp. Pee-Wee Cheerleaders learned from GVHS Cheerleaders during the week. The team then performed during the GVHS Football Halftime Show! Way to go current and future cheerleaders!!

NEW! SBFRC Diaper & Pull-Ups Assistance Program
The School-Based Family Resource Center (SBFRC) is excited to offer diaper and pull-up assistance to families in the Garfield 16 School District!
Eligible families may request up to 37 diapers or pull-ups per child, per month, based on availability and size.
Sign-ups will be available during the 1st week of each month through our Facebook page, while donated supplies last.
The sign-up request form will launch next week! Stay tuned to our Facebook page for the link and additional information.

Last week, G16 students filled the lawn at the Grand Valley Methodist Church for the School-Based Family Resource Center's Back-to-School Event. Students received new shoes, socks, backpacks, and school supplies to help them start the school year with confidence.
We are incredibly grateful to everyone whose generosity made this event possible. Thank you to our amazing community for donating at Gio's, Alpine Bank, The Little Coffee Shack, and Retro Frizz. Thank you to Callahan's for hosting a school supply drive, and a special thank you to Grand Valley United Methodist Church for partnering with us to provide 80 students with new shoes and socks for the school year.
Your kindness and support are making a real difference in the lives of our students and families. Thank you for investing in our community!
